I'm 34 weeks pregnant and having?
really bad acid reflux symptoms. What works best. I have already tried tums and they hardly did anything? The ob nurse said pepcid ac, malox, or mylanta were okay to take? Which helped you more?

Honestly, nothing worked for me in either of my pregnancies. If I had to choose, I would say the chews. They didn't completely relieve the reflux, but they helped more than the others. I hope you can find some relief..and congrats :)

When you wake up, drink one glass water.
Before taking bath drink one glass water.
Before taking meal drink one glass water.
before retiring bad drink one glass of water.
So all this will flush out all toxic from your body and you feel fresh.
