Am i just losing my mind?

So last year my dad beat me up, afterwards the police were called, he said I attacked him. After 30 minutes of asking questions and nonsense an ambulance showed up and took me to an emergency/mental health ward 3 towns away. When I got there I finally stopped crying, they took me into this small room and asked me question after question. They put me in this room with another girl. (I had to stay the night). The next morning another lady came into the room and asked me a few more questions such as, "are you mad at your dad?" "Do you ever see things?" And "do you want to kill yourself?" I answered no, when in fact this was not the truth, you cant tell the truth about these things. When I was released the next day I went to a psychologist who told me I was bipolar. I got meds and everything, I've switched and tweaked my medicine for a while now. But recently me and my dad were talking about all this and he told me the cops said someone was leaving that night, and my mom and him picked me to go to the mental health ward instead of him to jail, even though he beat me up. And for some reason after that my medicine stopped working.

THIS IS NOT ME JOKING, THIS IS NOT ME CALLING OUT FOR HELP, IM ONLY 13 AND JUST WANT TO KNOW, AM I LOSING MY MIND??
