I'm and 15 yr old overweight restrictive bulimic and a compulsive overexerciser.

I want to recover because I'm sick of heart palpitations, blue fingers and toes, dizziness, my hair falling out, fainting, purging blood, depression, and anxiety. The only way for me to recover is through residential treatment, I've already tried inpatient and outpatient and it hasn't helped. My parents can't get me to eat, they usually trigger me and that makes me restrict or b/p more. I want to recover and considering outpatient help again but I think I need to tell my therapist I need to go residential (which they were considering before I quit the program).

Can anyone tell me their experience with residential? Or does anyone have any advice to give me?

I've been bulimic for 7 years, and I don't plan to recover, but now I have a concern about my heart health. Somedays my pulse is 35 and some days it's 95.

Why? Is this okay?

Yesterday I had to go to the ER because I purged blood and fainted, I'm a bulimic. They took my blood sugar and asked me if I had eaten and I said I had and they told me my blood sugar was 85 but never told me if that was too low or too high or anything.

So for the past 2 months when I purge I'll purge until I'm empty and then keep going until all that's coming up is stomach acid and blood. But for the past 3 weeks I purge even when I haven't eaten, like if I use chapstick or wash my hair I HAVE to make myself sick. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me??

I just took my blood pressure, it was 114/69 and my pulse was 59. Is that too low?

I am 5'5" and a 15 year old girl. I got anorexia when I was 9 and weighed only 98 pounds (7 stone) until I was 12 but I began binging and purging but packed on the pounds. I now weigh 230 pounds (16 stone 4 pounds) but I'm starting to fast so I can lose weight! I'm always dizzy and cold, my hair falls out, I have heart palpitations, my fingertips and toes tingle like I just took 15 diet pills, and when I stand up half the time I get hot and dizzy and nearly faint.

I'm curious as to how I can be so heavy and so sick? Also, why do my fingertips tingle? And also, sometimes it literally feels like I'm dying but I'm fine 2 minutes later, can someone explain this feeling?

My parents have given me permission to get my tongue pierced. but my question is will Zebra Tattoo let me in, because some studios will not let kids inside.

I pierced my lip during summer nd it was fine up until a week ago where it was irritated but now it itches and hurts to touch and if I try to move it around its not smooth and its hard to put back in if I take it out. I wear a bcr in it and clean it pretty often. Is it infected?? How do I make it better??

I pierced 3 parts on my cartilage my lip and my septum and I've pierced some of my friends. I know quite a bit about piercings and I am damn good piecing things, and no I dont have a liscense to do this, im 13. But considering my age and all the piercings I've done would you consider me stupid or ignorant or dumb or an idiot or am I good at this and do you think im an ametuer or somewhat of a pro??

i used a hollow needle gauge 14 and got a ring for it, also 14 gauge. now i cant get the ring through, i left the needle in there, though. Yes, i slept with a needle in my face. anyways i did this at 6pm yesterday, so am i safe to take it out the not the ring in??

So last year my dad beat me up, afterwards the police were called, he said I attacked him. After 30 minutes of asking questions and nonsense an ambulance showed up and took me to an emergency/mental health ward 3 towns away. When I got there I finally stopped crying, they took me into this small room and asked me question after question. They put me in this room with another girl. (I had to stay the night). The next morning another lady came into the room and asked me a few more questions such as, "are you mad at your dad?" "Do you ever see things?" And "do you want to kill yourself?" I answered no, when in fact this was not the truth, you cant tell the truth about these things. When I was released the next day I went to a psychologist who told me I was bipolar. I got meds and everything, I've switched and tweaked my medicine for a while now. But recently me and my dad were talking about all this and he told me the cops said someone was leaving that night, and my mom and him picked me to go to the mental health ward instead of him to jail, even though he beat me up. And for some reason after that my medicine stopped working.

my family, they think ive gone absolutely 100% crazy. its a long story on how i was born with anxiety and beaten while my older brother was left untouched, unharmed and how we (we being my dad, mom, brother, and i) are all some what crazy, and how i used to cut myself from ages 9-12 and how i was suicidal when i was 8 till now and how every1 thinks im a virgin but im a party girl and how ive been raped. Now im 12 and ive got a lot of anger issues and really bad anxiety and i have a therapist and im also bipolar. my parents say they're scared for me and it pisses me off. my brother is passive aggressive and he gets away with so much and he tries to piss me off, my parents will only stop him from bugging me once in a while. i just want some comments opinions or ideas on how to show them im ok with out giving into to medication or what ever they think is good for me
