Okay Hun, I was in the same boat at Christmas tooo. I still am overweight but I've lost 25 pounds and I'm 13 and 5"9. Diet pills aren't gonna give you a break, they are expensIve, and it won't work. A couple of questions though, I can help you. One, is it 62 pounds overweight according to your doctor or your friends? Two, do u eat alot of junk food or "crap?" because even if you work out, it wont help if your infrOnt of the tv watching CSI and pigging out on cookies. Instead, eat less at supper, more at breakfast and watch how much junk food you eat. Three: what. Kind of excersises? Walking seemed to be the best for me when I started to lose weight, now I'm running. Go for walks around town and look for hot guys ;) ps: hate tO say it, but wii games aren't workouts, lol I tried to could that as excersises before. If you want some help, email mee. Don't drink soda, milk, or energy drinks. Don't eat cheese, sweets, or fast food. Drink plenty of water. Don't over work out your body needs rest every other day. Walk as much as you can. Do leg raises to burn stubborn fat. And eat breakfast with plenty of water. By the time your 16 you will be thin because by then you should be taller and your hormones will boost up. Anyways diet pills never work. I use to be 50 lbs over wait at your age and an inch shorter. Pray and keep faith you can do it!!!!!!

If you *truly exercise* that much and don't lose weight then you should go to the doctor. You may have a condition called PCOS which would make it nearly impossible for you to lose weight without medicine.

Don't keep junk food within your kitchen. If it's not at this time there, you can't be tempted by it.

Measure out and about that bowl of cereal as well as oatmeal, including the fruit, crazy, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you help to increase it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons available instead of eyeballing.

Pills will only ruin your body. You HAVE to eat right, eat your meats, wheats, fruits, veggies, etc and in the right portions. Getting pills is the worst thing to do, especially since your body isn't fully developed.

just a tip: benzocaine is a painkiller/numbing agent. you can find them in lozenges (get sugar-free otherwise that defeats the weight-loss purpose). they numb the taste buds and might wean off cravings.

always consult a physician before starting any diet and exercise program.

Also include 10 grams of fiber to satiate hunger longer and forestall bloating from constipation.

Bake a healthy breakfast ahead of time to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone on the run.

Measure away that bowl of cereal as well as oatmeal, including the fruit, insane, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you enhance it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons readily available instead of eyeballing.
