What are my chances of getting into Biomedical Engineering program at Georgia Tech?

I am currently in my sophomore year at a community college and am wanting to transfer to Georgia Tech's Biomedical Engineering program after this year. I only have a 3.46 GPA (hopefully a 3.5 after this semester) but in honors, 600+ volunteer hours at a local hospital (mostly in the biomedical engineering department), an intern at a medical simulation research company, a member of 3 clubs, 2 of which I am an officer and one of those I started. I am also an Eagle Scout and a graduate of the medical magnet program in high school. I know that despite how involved I am, grades are what count the most. What are my chances of getting in?

Update:

I am a resident of Florida. My SAT scores were pretty mediocre (I forgot what they were exactly) but fortunately, Georgia Tech doesn't require SAT scores for transfer applicants.

What's your SAT score? I think you have a pretty good chance- are you a resident of Georgia? It's a state school, and they take their responsibility to educate the residents of the state seriously, but there are a lot of students from other places, too.
