Amanda Knox case: Exactly what is Rudy Guede convicted of?

Howdy. I have followed this case from day one, as I live in Italy. I remember it all very well, from the get go. Guede, was a FRIEND of Amanda and Sollecito. (Drug dealer, most likely. ) In just ONE of her many versions of events, she ADMITTED to smoking weed, and probably got it from Guede. After all THREE were arrested....... and convicted.......Guede decided to cooperate and CONFESSED to a story about how ALL 3 participated in the murder. He orignally got 30 years, because his fingerprints were found at the scene......(and I should point out here, he was a black drifter, basically. ) One tactic Amanda's lawyers used, was that Guede LIED and made the story up, to get his sentence lessened, if he turned on Amanda and Sollecito. But Guede had no reason to lie, as he was already guilty and jailed.......and was still looking at 16 years, minimun.

(sure, beats 30, .....but the thing is....HIS story bore out, and made SENSE..........)

Sollecito's DNA was found on Merediths bra strap, which was broken. She was raped , and then brutally murdered. Prosecutors have insisted from the get go, that due to the number of wounds and the nature of the viciousness of the attack, ...........Guede MUST had help holding Meredith down.

The further facts are...........Amanda and Sollecito changed their alibi's several times,........and several times, they proved to be LIES. PROVEDDDDD to be lies.

They claimed to be at home watching a movie, (Ameile) on their computer, in bed together.

Their computer was checked, and no such activity took place. That's a FACT. So they LIED about their whereabouts at the time of the murder.

Many times. Amanda, has alternatively said maybe she was there , she heard her scream, thought they were "Playing", and then switched to, "she wasn't even there that night".

Yet the crime she was found GUILTY of, of framing the Black bar tender, she told a tale of him being there that night,

How could she know he was there, if she herself was not there? She contradicted herself and lied at every turn.........and told so many versions of what happened........one thing was clear.......she's a stone cold liar.

Guede's story is by far, the most believeable, and the one the FACTS bore out.

They used legal loopholes to have the bra EVIDENCE thrown out.......and this was suppose to be ENOUGH to cast "doubt".

There was still no doubt. They lied, acted bizarrely, and certainly didnt seem to give a flying fig, that their roommate was DEAD...........because they were the ones that killed her,

Their every action was.........."how do we get out of this"?

She is as guilty as Casey Anthony.....and WAS found GUILTY in a court of law the first time.

The media circus got her freed. She is STILL guilty of trying to FRAME the other guy.

How many innocent people try to FRAME others? She's no angel.

Guede was convicted of murdering Meredith Kerchner and he got 30 years in prison.

Prosecutor Mignini gave him a "deal," wherein if Guede would implicate Amanda and Rafaele (because Mignini's case was FALLING APART), he would only have to spend 16 years in prison.

Right after the murder, Amanda and Rafaele stuck around to help the police sort it out and hopefully, find Meredith's killer. Guede took off for Germany as soon as the crime was committed, and he was returned to Italy to stand trial.

Guede was a small-time crook, who repeatedly broke into homes while the people weren't home. It's a pretty safe guess that's how he discovered, raped, and killed Meredith.

Rudy Guede is convicted of the murder. His DNA was found all over the crime scene.

You may have heard something about Amanda and Raffaele being involved. There are these trolls called the guilters that spread lies all over the internet about Amanda's guilt. Nothing they say is true.

e.g.

"Their computer was checked, and no such activity took place. That's a FACT. So they LIED about their whereabouts at the time of the murder." is what the guilter said.

The fact is that there was probably something on the history file of Rafaele's computer that would have shown that he was home using his computer, at the time meredith was killed. A cop erased the history file. He was using the computer to look at porn, so he erased the history so it could not be proved that he did this.

Everything else the guilters will tell you is false.

The facts are ;

1, the stupid Italian police totally ****ed up this investigation, and arrested 3 people who did not kill her.

2, the efficient German police caught Rudy.

The simple version is ....Amanda, her boyfriend, Merideth Kercher and Rudy Guede were playing a mock rape sex game with Merideth as the primary "rapee" and Guede as the primary "raper". It got out of control (probably due to all of them being high on drugs) and one of them killed Merideth with a knife. Probably Amanda because she was the one that was big into the mock rape sex. They were all convicted but Amanda's family bought her and her boyfriend out of Italian prison. Basically, thats it.
