There are several "critically acclaimed" movies that I really do not like:
1980 - "Raging Bull"
1939 - "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington"  
2008 - "Slumdog Millionaire"
2002 - "Chicago"
1996 - "The English Patient"
1990 - "Dances With Wolves"

BQ: M. Night Shayamlan does not reveal a lot of talent in his movies.  They are quite lame in my opinion.

Avatar, Titanic, a lot of John Hughes teen movies (except Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller). John Hughes is very overrated, IMO.

BQ: I absolutely hate an Australian director named Baz Lurhmann (Romeo + Juliet, Strictly Ballroom, Australia). His style is so random, it's like he hasn't fully thought it through and just wants it to look crazy. And his movies are loved by so many critics!!?

No, all the good actors I like.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Be Kind Rewind.  Absolutely hated them both, and I found out later they were both directed by the same guy, Michel Gondry.  Every movie he makes gets rave reviews and I can't stand them.
