Isn't Occupy Wall Street very similar to the Communist Russian Revolution?

1) Unpopular war (WWI, War on Terrorism)

2) Country in economic trouble

3) Wanting to end Capitalism

4) Overthrow the rich people and spread the wealth to the poor/ middle class

5) Riots

6) Class Warfare

7) Praise Marxist ideologies

It's all the same. Just look at the facts. There are a lot of similarities and it's kind of scary.

Update:

@ Rude Dude- What are you talking about? They have every right to be there, I'm asking if it's similar to the Communist Russian revolution and you failed to answer because you know they are alike.

Update 2:

@ The One- and more than 80% agreed with the Russian revolution, please tell me the differences.

Update 3:

@ Comprised- Have you seen their signes? Seen their speeches. I clearly see posters of Karl Marx and anti-Capitalist signes.

Like these for example:

http://weaselzippers.us/wp-content/uploads/2011/09...

Update 4:

@ Blue- OH! Good argument!!!

Update 5:

Also, yes, George Soros is paying for pro-occupy Wall Street newspapers to go out there. And we know he's a far left winged Marxist.

@ str- The race card ammuses me when I have Herman Cain as my avatar.

Update 6:

@ Mercer- but the top 1% pay 40% of the taxes, the top 10% pay 70% of the taxes, the bottom 50% pay 0% of the taxes. Now tell me how the rich aren't giving their fair share. And for the record, I am certainly NOT rich.

Update 7:

@ Nathan- Actually, technically, there was more than 1 revolution. There were two. One in February and one in October, and I was referring to the Communist one, which was the second. Secondly, the people wanted to overthrow the rich because they had all of the money and spread it around I do know what I am talking about, and I think we can both discuss politely if you can contain your arrogance.

Update 8:

@ ...Democrat-

Of coarse there's "commie-phobia," because of what it does.

See: USSR

And Socialism doesn't work.

See: Europe

More than that, they were created by Soros and the Rothschild Cartel, and the Rothschild Cartel created, funded, pushed the Bolshevik Revolution.

George Soros is a member and an agent of the Rothschild Cartel.

George Soros has crashed 6 countries and damaged many more working for the Rothschild Cartel.

Obama is documented to have been working for Soros for nearly 20 years, in Acorn (created to crash the system) he pushed brutal assaults on bankers to force bad loans, and Joyce Foundation (Soros started that) he helped Soros fund his Cap & Trade Scam dependent Climate Exchange Scam.

George Soros was right behind the Arab Spring working with the Muslim Brotherhood and the idiot pawns he used. Now the Muslim Brotherhood has taken over in Egypt, they did soon after Mubarak was out. Now Christians are being blown up and no one does anything. When Christians protest the Army is just killing them, about like Iran and Syria do their people. Christian Women are being gang raped in public by Muslims who see no problem, their religion tells them whatever you do to a non Muslim is fine ... they are not seen as human beings. The Government in Egypt, the Military, is doing nothing to help. An ABC (I think) reporter was gang raped in Egypt and the Progressive media tried to hide it. This are ugly there, and Soros would have them ugly here.

In LA yesterday they were calling for murdering the rich like the French Revolution. Imagine if the Tea Party had said anything like that? The media is so controlled by the Progressives it's not even funny, and the little they don't they are calling for the destruction of ... just like all fascists in history.

Capitalism doesn't work and it has been proven what happens. Socialism is the only way people can be happy.

Not really. They occupy Wall Street but we won't have wars, we will just influence change.

Most of it is right, we do want freedom and to be equal. This is not class war fare, this is about fairness and honesty so we all can have a better living wage. If the rich class would do more to give back, to help people be happy we wouldn't be in this position. This is not the fault of the poor class, we have been depressed and deprived and stolen from since Europeans land here and set up colonies.

Even Warren Buffet knows that politicians are pandering to the ultra rich. He wrote a letter and it explains the truth. The rich can pay that money because they have other advantages. That is a lie to protect those who don't need protection. If they don't invest money than we can't improve enough, we will fall behind other modern nations. The truth will set us free.

That is not really scary, but the real hidden truth.

I love questions from people that don't have a clue what they are talking about.

The Russian Revolution started with mutiny in the army. I haven't seen any military types at the OWS.

There was no desire to end capitalism in Russia because there was none.

Russia wasn't broke. They had taken the Caspian Basin from the Ottoman Empire along with it's oil fields.

Communists did not start the Russian Revolution. They snuck in and picked up the pieces after the initial revolution had worn down.

    Try reading a book.

The wall street Riots being peaceful??? AH AHA that's a joke.. these people are talking about cannibalism to the rich and eating them as some ritual, and yes it is very much like the russian revolution.

I'll be honest, it is SIMILAR. But listen:

-The gov. IS senslessly spending on things such as war.

-The gov. HAS violated our competitive free market system and aided corporations using taxpayers Hard-earned money.

-The gov. WILL go to war and have our soldiers die, just to keep said corporations alive

-These corporations feel that they need not give anything back for such actions.

-The corps. Do not value the life of US citizens and will gladly use them to make a profit.

They don't want to destroy the government, just reform it.

Source(s): And as for the signs you mentioned, many socialists are feeling that now is a good time to come out of the socialist closet and propose their ideas, which in theory COULD work, but the general population still suffers from commie-phobia, which has nothing to do with socialism really.

And the Teabaggers with their racist signs and screams for inequality and taking choice away were just good ole Americans, doing the patriotic thing by protesting...

    eye roll

edit: I see you chose to entirely miss the point so you can play the poor misunderstood smart one (eye roll)

OK...I'll spell it out for you...there WERE people holding racist signs at the first several TP 'protests...you're argument is ALL Teabaggers can't be blamed for the action of a few. Hence, you're being a COMPLETE hypocrite when you generalize that ALL OCW protestors have the same agenda...or that they're repeating a failed agenda.

They are trying to get the money out of politics so that we have a government by and for the people. Instead of the bought government we have now. Right now elections are irrelevant only highest bidder counts.

Most popular uprisings are similar in the respect that those at the top are outnumbered by those at the bottom.
