What Universities should I look into?

I have a 20 on my ACT, yes low, but a 3.83 GPA and a 4.40 weighted.

I like:

UT Austin

Washington

Arizona

USC

UCLA

UC Berkeley

Texas A&M

Baylor

I'm a strong character at extracurricular activities, dont have to tell me that.

Which ones would I make? Any other suggestions?

I'm retaking my ACT, but Idk why I score so low.

Baylor. You'd love it there and great academics and school overall.

The majority of those schools are out of reach for you because of your ACT score. UC Berkeley would be a reach even if you had a very good score just because it's so competitive. You have GOT to bring up your ACT--other options include: 1. Take the SAT and see how you do; 2. Apply to colleges that don't require you to submit test scores. There are a lot of prestigious schools that don't require them. Here is a list: http://fairtest.org/university/optional

20 on the ACT is terrible. UC Berkeley, UT Austin, Washington, and USC are just out of reach, not realistic for you.

Work on getting your score up.
