I really want to go there, and I know I CANNOT afford that at all. My family is NOT that rich, our family income is slightly past 40,000. USC is charging 50,000! thats insane! First i was nervous on getting in, now paying that!? How much help do you think they will give me?? If I get in?

I hate the at&t prepaid phones, well they are very expensive the ones that i liked. A friend showed me this phone on t-mobile which is called samsung t239 which is only 20 bucks and i do like it. So can i put my current normal at&t sim card into this phone and would it work?
