How do you adjust the notification settings on Facebook?

Since Facebook changed, I keep getting notifications when I log in that someone has poked me. I know how to delete the email notifications, but how do I delete notifications about being poked? I can obviously see that somebody poked me!

Thanks for your help :)

Go to the far right side and scroll to the thing that says "Account Settings" I forgot the exact name but look for the part with emails, and you can change what emails you get. You can set it to turn thouse emails off.

Source(s): Poke war, huh? Yup. Thousands of emails. Hahaha

you may substitute it to the place you get no notifications once you remark, if that's what you like. so which you flow to Account, click on account settings the flow to notifications. you unclick each and every of the notifications which you do not choose to get. i wish this helped you!!
