Rule changes, have they gone to far?
I was watching the Wisconsin game, when the ball carrier was tackled on the sideline. If the ball carrier was out of bounds, it was only by inches. Yet the flag was thrown. It was a very chintzy call. There was no way the tacker, could have stopped.,plus it was a good clean tackle. Players are not super human and can not stop,in a fraction of a second. I've seen this called a penalty, any number of times, both in the NCAA and the NFL. Have the rules changed so far, that players have to defy the laws of physics. Come on, get real.
Plus, taking away a TD for taunting. Okay I can understand fragrant taunting, but something as minor as rising your arms, no.

Yes they have.
Refs should call only flagrant roughing penalties, not the borderline stuff.
Also, the taunting/excessive penalties in college are a complete joke.
And don't get me started on "instant" replay reviews, especially in the NFL.

Sadly yes. They claim it's to make the sport safer; football is a physical sport and it's not meant to be played safe. In reality their just trying to protect their investment. caughstombradycaughs
