Election fraud prosecution need be discontinued?

FPJ is dead, sadly. But the election fraud prosecution MUST continue because Justice and Truth MUST prevail.

If this leads to a conviction, the guilty MUST be punished and made an example of. Too long have the people stood in the sidelines allowing the power-hungry to cheat, steal, and fatten themselves. FOR THE CHEATING TO STOP, THE PROSECUTION HAS TO CONTINUE AND THE GUILTY MUST BE PUNISHED!

TRUE, FPJ the real winner will not anymore benefit from the proceedings BUT the truth of the matter must be UNEARTH so that the culprit or the real MASTERMIND of this DIABOLICAL scheme be put to JAIL for good. If we just shrug our shoulder or forget about the matter, more people will do the same thing over and over again. Because we didn't done anything or correct the disease that plunge the entire kingdom. Take an example of a plague or an epidemic the dengue for example, do not tell people to clean their surroundings or map up the storage of water etc..more and more people esp. children will die of dengue.

We NEED to bring out the people responsible for this fraud and bring them all to justice for the people has been cheated of their basic right in voting the right people that they think will serve better for the Philippines. If they think FPJ is much better than GLORIA then they should be given that choice and a chance to hail or elect their respective leaders.

I myself voted for GLORIA, but if I only knew that GLORIA is such a terrible person like this, I will choice FPJ instead. Well everybody makes mistake, nobody is perfect as they say. We should all learn from our mistakes as time goes by otherwise, we will be just a rock in the sand waiting until the sky fall down on his head.

Discontinuation of election fraud prosecution and investigation is like, government are tolerating the involvement and contribution of some involve people during said election, if such action will get set and halted, then what would be the future of the country knowing that its financial stability just rely on its taxes and OFW's remittance because some of its big establishments been privatize due to cowardliness and selfishness of some government officials.

What's the use of law if investigation will not take’s place; it's like you seen some of them stealing the countries assets, properties, belongings and resources, and the witnesses just look at them without doing necessary actions to stop, prevent and end it, it’s like we are saying that, it is about self survival, personal purposes and self interest, what a mess it would be if such things will going to occur.

There is no doubt that Fernando Poe Jr. is already dead, but the issue here is about election fraud conspiracy and personalities that involve on those must face severe penalties according to their tremendous violation and abuse against our justice system.

It should not only FPJ is Dead its a waste of time and money for senators trying to solve the election fraud, i mean it's unnecessary for senators to be involved on a fraud which happened 7 years ago? we have Supreme court who will do justice "if there is". for senators who keep bugging the media about this sh1t should stop it, it manipulates people and gain popularity for the next election to somehow think they did something, well in fact they just sit their *** and blame(without doing any work)

I Know we Filipino's need to know the truth but Main thing Election fraud is not the only problem the Philippines has right now and its just ashamed that senators spend more time on this issue where in fact other sectors are doing their job on this problem to bring justice (only if there is) .

The prosecution is not focused on who wins the election but to prosecute the people who has done fraudulent acts to win. FPJ may be dead yes, but it does not mean that the culprits could freely walk and pretend nothing happens.

Are you saying that when a murder is committed, the person who committed the murder should not be prosecuted since the victim is already Dead? That's one stupid notion you got there.

The matter is dead. No prosecution or investigation will ensue.

Something that the power brokers in Makati can neither handle or want as the investigation would then obviously expose the whole rotten mess and everybody involved--i.e the whole lot of them. correct me if I am wrong, all this are just witnesses, the defense could also present witnesses to counter the charges. What should be presented are hard evidences to finalize the judgement.

you and i both know prosecutions will only lead to hearings, more hearings, more investigations, more bribery, then more hearings, then more bribery, then the case will be dismissed on its own, this is Philippines, thats what happens here
