diet question???????

I want to go on a three day flush to wash out toxins and stuff by drinking just water before i start eating healthy but i dont want to traumatize my system or anything. Is that too unhealthy?? isn't that like a juice fast only with water for three days??

    There are no "toxins and stuff" in your body that can be "washed/flushed" out.

    That's disinformation and harmful.

    Many nutrients are needed on a daily basis.

    If you'r starting to eat healthy, get informed on how to do it.

    You also need upper n lower body wt training to create the resistance that build/maintains good bone density.

    A good multi vitamin/mineral is Rite Aid drugstore chain’s Central-Vite. It's USP certified [United States Pharmacopeia] for Potencies, Disintegration/dissolution & Weight. Look for the letters USP on the label of all vits, mins & some supplements like fish oil, it may be in small print, and see which categories are certified: potency, disintegration & weight, hopefully, all three will be. http://www.usp.org/USPVerified/dietarySupplements/

    The body is self-cleaning. A 3 day flush is starvation. Juice fasts and the like are stupid. There's no point. Just eat more fiber. That will clean out your system.

    Forget food plan I devour like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat ordinarily, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant deliver of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less prone to retailer energy as fats.
