Find the capacity of a tank 20 m long, shaped like a cylinder with hemispheres (diameter 4 m) on the ends.
Cylinder volume: V = π*r^2*h
Capacities: 1 m^3 = 1000 L
Answer: 234570 L
I'm getting a different answer. Please provide the steps.

Length of cylinder = 20-2*2 = 16 m
Radius of hemispheres = 2m
Volume = pi*2^2*16 + (4/3)pi*2^3
= 234.5714 m^3
= 234,571 L

1m^3=1000dm^3 1dm^3=1000cm^3 1cm^3=1000mm^3 the upward thrust is 1000 for each step extremely of 10, considering that we've 3 dimensions extremely of one. additionally, 1dm^3 is the definition of Litre. purely convert to dm^3 and it quite is the comparable in Litres. this provides us: 8cm^3=8000cm^3 3m^3=3000000cm^3 5Litres=5000cm^3 2500cm^3=2,5Litres
