does my jacket have to be dry cleaned?

i spilt red gatorade on my brand new white jacket. its a 112 dollar jacket. the tag says dry clean only. but some people said it wouldnt be the same after i got it dry cleaned. the tag says it's 79 % rayon, 17% nylon, and 4% spandex. can i wash it in delicate cycle or does it absolutely have to be dry cleaned only?

No. It's yours, and you are allowed to do what you want.

Lots of luck getting the red out! It's doubtful, even if you take it to the cleaner's, they'll be able to

It's brand new and costs $112. Washing it yourself may set the red stain so it can never be removed. I'd say it's your call dude.

You can wash it at home, use a gentle detergent and wash in cold water, don't dry it until the stain is completely gone.
