About the Casey Anthony case?
Everyone says, ok she's not guilty so that's the end of it. But what about all these other cases where someone is found guilty or not guilty and then many years later they re-open the case because of new evidence and the verdict is turned around? Couldn't that possibly happen here? And the question still lingers, what happened to Caylee Anthony? I read real crime stories and watch cases on tv all the time and I refuse to believe that this is just the complete end to all these unanswered questions.

Unfortunately here in the U.S. if you are acquitted in a trial, that is it. You cannot be tried again for the same crime. So even if she admitted on national television that she killed her child, she could not be prosecuted for it. This is why they are supposed to make sure they have all the evidence to prove guilt before trial, because once a specific charge has been acquitted you cannot be charged again for the same crime. (It is called double-jeopardy)
Now if someone is found guilty they have the option to appeal the verdict, which would allow the conviction to be overturned.
Now it is not that way in all countries... for instance in Italy, if you are acquitted on your first appeal the prosecution can choose to appeal that verdict and a second appeal trial takes place and you can again be found guilty and put back in jail. This is due to the first appeal in the Italian justice system only looks at the evidence that the defense team is disputing not the full evidence of the case. So the defense team can put doubt on one piece of evidence and get an acquittal, even if there is more evidence that proves the person is guilty. However the second and final appeal looks over all the evidence again.
As to what specifically happened to Caylee, well we may never know the exact specifics of what happened unless someone who was involved admits what happened.

It seems like it would have to be really incriminating evidence because they can't just keep trying her based on circumstantial evidence or evaluations from different doctors or therapists. If they found proof that she did it and there was no question about it, they probably could overturn her acquittal.
