If a college sends you stuff for their open houses and promotional things does they would probably accept you?

    Not necessarily. The more people apply, the most people they can turn down and the more selective they end up looking.

    it means they have you in their promotional database records. Does not guarantee admission. Depends on whether the college filters out potential applicants for their promotional schemes or not.

    Get good grades, why wouldn't they accept you? :)

    No, it just means that they are fishing for qualified applicants.

    Yup they should, cuz for them to have done that i think that's consideration.
