How long will a pumpkin keep once its been scraped out?
We did it today as we have a busy week but now I think its way too early and may need another pumpkin.
so do i need to clear the seeds and put it in the fridge

You may be ok. If you can pop it in the fridge or a cold place so much the better but do make sure no seeds are left in because these can turn mouldy very quickly.

Some rot after a few days and some will last a month. It all depends on the amount of mold spores in your area and how cold you can keep it.
