To greet someone you just say "Hi,how are you"

In Dialect arabic not standard arabic since we dont "SPEAK" standard arabic:

    Marhaba kifak? (for male)

    Marhaba Kifik? (for female)

    Marhaba Kefkoun? (for plural)

'Salam alaykom' (is the formal way)

the informal way of saying hello would be 'Marhaban'

also you could say 'Salam' which is like 'Hi'

'Kayf Haalak? its means 'how are you?' (speaking to a male) (if your speaking to a female you have to say 'Kayf haalaki')

so you could say 'salam alaykom kayf haalak? (peace be upon you, how are you?)
