Faint Positive 6 days before missed period?!?!?

Alright, this is my 4th month trying to conceive after my husband and I experienced a miscarriage in June. We tried OPK's this month and got my surge on the 21st of this month, and ovulated later that evening (ovulation cramps occured with it) and we had an abundance of sex to hopefully be successful. Well, I was going to wait to test until I missed my period, because I wanted to save some money since I spent a bunch the past few months on tests, but last night, I was brushing my teeth, and I vomitted because the taste got to me. The same thing happened to me all the time with my 2 previous pregnancies. So I tested this morning with the SMU since I couldn't hold my first, and when I looked at it initially after peeing on it, it looked false, so I thought, "O well, it's too soon" and just when I was about to throw it away, after 3 minutes, I looked again and saw that light pink line. It was definitely pink and you can see it at an arms length. I got scared because I thought it was too good to be true, but what do you ladies think? If I test tomorrow morning, is there a chance it will be darker, even if only a little? Do you think I can trust this as a positive??? Please help ladies!! I wanna get excited, not be let down again this month!!! Thanks a ton and Happy Halloween!

Update:

*** For me, personally, I'd rather know that I am having a miscarriage, rather than believing it is my period. At least that way I know that I can get pregnant, instead of trying over and over again and not getting pregnant. And the chances of having another miscarriage after already having one are not that high, so I will take my chances and be excited with my husband!

I too was sooooo excited an amazed to find a faint positive at 8 dpo and couldn't believe it... I tested again at 9 dpo (little darker) and again at 12 dpo (for sure-no guessing positive).... However, 4 days later I began to miscarry.....

That's the downside of testing so early is that most Miscarriages occur between weeks 4 and 6 and if at 4 or 5 most woman who don't test never knew they were pregnant at all and therefore didn't have to deal with the pain of knowing...

I would believe the positive result but not to be mean, but don't count your eggs before they hatch... I'd wait till I see the heart beat at 8 weeks to get truly excited... But that's me due to my experiences (1 missed miscarriage-no heart beat found and 1 early natural miscarriage)....

    Best of luck!!!

Wait a few days and test again. The line will be darker then. Congratulations!
