  • Baby constantly kicking bladder!!?

I am 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and this little girl is making me so uncomfortable. For the past 2-3 weeks, she has constantly been either kicking or pressing against my bladder at all times of the day causing me to get this painful, urgent need to pee. It's to the point where I need to wear liners to prevent peeing my pants because unfortunately when she kicks, I tend to pee a little. I know that there really isn't much I can do about this (too bad I can't reach in there and position her so she's not always kicking my bladder!) but is there anything that could make it less painful (when I say painful, I mean like the pain you get when you hold your urine for a long time) and maybe slightly more comfortable? Or am I just doomed with this for the next 16 weeks? Lol

  • 8 week ultrasound tomorrow.....nervous:/?

I am 7w6d pregnant today, and tomorrow morning is my first prenatal visit and I will have my second ultrasound as well. I am mainly nervous because like 2 weeks ago I had an ultrasound because I was experiencing light brown discharge and the doctor wanted to check it out. The tech found the gestational sac and yolk sac, both measuring appropriately, but we could not see fetal pole or heart beat. They told me that it could have been too early, but now I have read about blighted ovums, and I am now worried to death that tomorrows ultrasound will show no baby whatsoever. And since brown spotting is a symptom for blighted ovum, it makes me more convinced that this is my fate. I am a healthy 22 year old female and I just experienced a miscarriage in July, so everything worries me right now. Up until tomorrow morning, I will be constantly worried until I see that beautiful beating heart. Any words of wisdom! I could sure use some right about now.

  • Are my levels good or are they pointing toward ectopic pregnancy?

I went to the ER on Friday the 4th because I was having sharp pains underneath my right rib cage. I was 4 weeks 1 day at that time, and thought I was having an ectopic pregnancy. The doctor found out it was just inflammation in that area due to a fall that I had a few days prior, and told me not to worry. My hcg level on that day was 186. I went in yesterday for a repeat hcg test so my doctor could make sure they are rising, and my level was just under 1500 at 4 weeks 6 days. Is this a good rise in levels? I am going in tomorrow for my last hcg test, so my levels should hopefully be around 3000, right? My doctor wants to monitor my levels to make sure they are rising properly since I had a previous miscarriage 4 months ago. If my levels are rising normally, are my chances of this being an ectopic pregnancy lower? I haven't had any bleeding at all, but I sometimes have some minor cramping, it's not ever painful, it's just a feeling that is there. And the cramping is in my lower abdomen, the same area you'd have regular menstrual cramps. Is this normal in early pregnancy?

  • It's official!!! I'm pregnant again!!!?

For those of you who don't know, my husband and I had a miscarriage in July with our second child. Ever since then, my husband and I have wanted to get pregnant again, and it took a while for us to get there. Not a very long time, but anytime when you are actively trying feels like forever. We used OPK's this month in hopes to land on the right day, and as fate had it, we got it right, and got lucky! I didn't think that this was going to be my month, because I was lacking any symptoms, and I had some light cramping, which I figured was AF. Yesterday, while brushing my teeth, I puked from the taste, which is the same thing that happened with my 2 previous pregnancies. I tested, figuring it would be negative, but there was a faint line on FRER. That wasn't good enough for me, so this morning I took a Clearblue Easy Digital, and popped up pregnant after 2 minutes!!! I was SHOCKED! It just goes to show you that even if you don't feel pregnant, you very well can be! I hope that a bunch of you ladies can pull out your BFP's soon!

  • Faint Positive 6 days before missed period?!?!?

Alright, this is my 4th month trying to conceive after my husband and I experienced a miscarriage in June. We tried OPK's this month and got my surge on the 21st of this month, and ovulated later that evening (ovulation cramps occured with it) and we had an abundance of sex to hopefully be successful. Well, I was going to wait to test until I missed my period, because I wanted to save some money since I spent a bunch the past few months on tests, but last night, I was brushing my teeth, and I vomitted because the taste got to me. The same thing happened to me all the time with my 2 previous pregnancies. So I tested this morning with the SMU since I couldn't hold my first, and when I looked at it initially after peeing on it, it looked false, so I thought, "O well, it's too soon" and just when I was about to throw it away, after 3 minutes, I looked again and saw that light pink line. It was definitely pink and you can see it at an arms length. I got scared because I thought it was too good to be true, but what do you ladies think? If I test tomorrow morning, is there a chance it will be darker, even if only a little? Do you think I can trust this as a positive??? Please help ladies!! I wanna get excited, not be let down again this month!!! Thanks a ton and Happy Halloween!

  • What are my chances of conceiving this month?

Okay, so this is mine and my husbands forth month of TTC our second child. We got pregnant in May, but unfortunately had an early miscarriage:( So now that we are trying to conceive again, I am back to my regular 30 day cycles and for the first 3 months, nothing was really planned out. We had sex when we could fit it in, and that was that. After getting my period on October 6, I put my hands up and said screw this, I'm buying and OPK. Lol I was so sick and tired of not getting pregnant and getting my period. Well throughout this whole month, my husband and I have had a boat load of sex. Probably because I had a 6 day weekend off of work, so I was home to have sex with him. We had sex on the 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, and 23. I got positive LH surge on 21 at around 12. We had sex at 1 PM, before I had to leave for work. That evening at work, I felt a strong cramping sensation on my right side lower abdomen, and it made me wonder if that might have been ovualtion and the egg releasing. I wasn't sure, but since my husband was sleeping when I got home, we waited til the morning, around 10 AM to have sex again, and then had sex on 23 in the afternoon kind of as our last dithc effort for this month, since after that, all we can do is wait and see what happens. If I ovulated on the 21, I would be 7DPO right now, and 6DPO if I ovulated on the 22. Today, I woke up feeling generally normal, except I was having shooting pains in my breasts. I didn't touch them at all, and wasn't wearing a bra, and they just started aching. It's not constant though, and they aren't very tender right now, but now I'm just driving myself insane. Do you think with the amount of sex we had and the timing of it, that we stand a good chance of getting pregnant this cycle? Thank you ladies!!

**I just want to add right off the bat, that my husband has a high sperm count, so having sex daily isn't going to affect our odds, so please don't talk about how having sex everyday can hurt my odds of conceiving. And also, I know there is only a 25% chance each month, but I don't really believe that. My first was conceived in 3 months, and our 2nd that we miscarried was conceived the first month. So I don't really believe in that stastic, because everyone is different. Thanks!!

  • 4 DPO and going a little nuts.?

I am not sure if I am just going crazy because this is my 4th month of TTC, or if I'm just a normal crazy lady in the 2WW, but I've been looking online at early symptoms, just for the heck of it, and I have noticed that a lot of women say that before they found out they were pregnant, they were really dry and had no CM whatsoever, especially at 4DPO. Well, I am the exact opposite and am VERY wet down there, and have like creamy CM, so now I am fearing that I am out for this month yet again, even though we hit our fertile days head on (used OPK's and got my surge on the 21, expected to O on 22) Is there anyone that can help by giving me some much needed advice? Has anyone had loads of CM and been very wet before finding out they were pregnant. Or do you think I am just gearing up to get my period? Thanks ladies!!

  • 2 week wait....did I do enough?

My husband and I are on our 3rd month of TTC after miscarrying in early July. With that pregnancy, we got pregnant on the first try, which was very shocking but very awesome! After the miscarriage, we have been dying to conceive again. I have been taking my prenatal vitamins everyday since the miscarriage and have also cut out caffeine except for every now and then. I eat healthy foods and get in all the good vitamins and minerals I need, and I excerise daily for 30 minutes at least. My LMP was October 6 and I have a 30 day cycle. My husband and I have had sex a bunch, so here is the list: 15,16,17,18,19,21,22,and 23. I took an OPK (my first time using them) and got my surge at 12 noon on Friday October 21. My husband and I BD'ed as soon as he got home at 1 and again in the morning on the 22, and just again tonight before he went to bed. I think that I ovulated sometime during the night on the 21 because when I was at work that evening, I had some cramping feelings on the right side of my abdomen,in the lower region, assuming where my ovary is located. If I were to ovulate at the time, would the sperm from earlier that day and the sperm from the next morning be sufficient enough to possibly get me pregnant? I know this is a dumb question, I just am trying to kill time and keep spirits up and feel confident that we did all that we could do this month. Let me know what you think ladies. And just a forewarning, I know that having sex everyday can decrease sperm count, but we did let 24 hours pass in between days except for during the time after my LH surge. Thanks!

  • Positive OPK, when will I likely ovulate?

Alright, so this is my and my husbands 3rd month of trying to conceive, so this month we decided to use an OPK to help us figure out when I was ovulating, since the past 2 months I have been completely unsure. I always thought that I would ovulate on the 14th or 15th day of my 30 day cycle, but I was never positive, so I took an OPK today (first response brand) and got an immediate dark test line, and the control line was very light pink, so I am for sure that it is positive. So does this mean that I am ovulating right now, or does it take a few days? Also, my husband and I have had sex a lot this past week, on the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th, so is there any hope that any of that sperm will be left during ovulation? Of course, my husband and I are going to have sex right away when he gets home today, and tomorrow, and probably on Sunday to cover our bases even more, but I just want to make sure that there is a lot of sperm available, so that I have a better chance of conceiving. What do you think ladies? And do you think that I would be ovulating right now, or not for a few days?

  • Is it possible I could still be pregnant?

Today I am maybe 14-15 DPO (not completely sure, but from body signs) and I have been testing for the past 4 days and I have always had these really really faint positives tests, but they never get any darker, leading me to believe that they were false, or my mind was playing tricks on me. I have a normal 30 days cycle, like clock work, and today I am suppose to begin my next cycle (really don't want to, as I am TTC) I have heard that sometimes it takes longer for the HCG to produce adequately in the urine, so some women don't test positive til later on in their pregnancy, but for me that seems a little impossible because last time I was pregnant (In June) I tested 4 days before my missed period, and got a HUGE bfp. I unfortunately miscarried that baby at 6 weeks. I just think that I may be out this month, but I know that until my period shows, I am still in the running. But it confuses me on why I wouldn't get a dark bfp by now. And the light BFP's that I have had are way too light for me to want to trust. Like it's something that you to look at closely to see, so I don't believe them because if I were pregnant, the lines would have gotten darker by now. So what do you ladies think?? Is there any chance I could be pregnant?

  • Help!!!! Is there a chance that I am really pregnant?

I've asked a few questions on here about the same thing that has been going, but I will overview for those who haven't read them. Yesterday, I was 4 days until my period was due to start, so I decided to test. FMU was with Answer brand and after 1 minute of peeing on it, there was a white looking line where the test line is and after 3 minutes, it turns maybe just the lightest hint of pink. I was confused, and thought defective, so I retested around 3pm with a FRER, and the same exact thing happened with that brand. Still confused, I waited until around 8pm to restest, and yet again the same thing happened to me with FRER!!! So at that point I was just pissed because it was 3 tests that all had the same result that was very unclear! So of course at 2 am, I woke up and had to pee and could not resist my urge to POAS, so I did, and the same thing happened again on Answer brand test. So that is a total of 4 tests, 2 Answer brand and 2 FRER and all 4 with the same result. What do I make of this? All 4 tests cannot be defective. That seems highly illogical. Plus they were all taken and used correctly, read within the 3 minute time frame and all aren't expired until late 2013. So what would you think ladies!!! Help a girl out!!

  • What would you make of this? Positive or negative?

I took 3 pregnancy tests yesterday, one in the morning, one midday, and the other during the evening hours. I was 4 days until my period was due, and I tested with one Answer brand test and 2 First Response Early Result. And with all 3 tests, they all turned out exactly the same, a white line shows up (where the pregnancy line goes) within a minute of peeing on the stick, and after waiting the recommended 3 minutes, you can see the faintest line that has maybe a tiny hint of color, but then again that could be my eyes playing tricks on me. I was going to test in the morning, but my plan failed, and I woke up at 2 and had to pee, so I gave it a shot with another Answer brand test, and BAM it was the same exact thing as the other 3 tests I took yesterday. I am so confused because I have never had the whole white line thing before and I have been using both these brands for 3 previous cycles and have never seen any line when the test was negative besides the control line. So what would you think of this? Do you think that they were all just negative and faulty tests? Or is there a good chance I conceived this month? HELP!!

  • Was this a really really faint positive?

    Preview Your QuestionYour Question

I took an Answer pregnancy test this morning, and then I took a FRER just a few minutes ago. Both tests are nearly the same with the 2 lines indicating pregnancy. Well, I am 3 days before my period is due, and both tests had almost white lines, if not fairly pink lines where the pregnancy line would be. I am a little nervous to believe in this line and get my hopes up, so I plan to test again tomorrow and Tuesday, and the day of my expected period. But what would you think? Do you think that a line that looks almost white is not a true positive. Both tests were taken correctly, and I looked at both of them within 1-2 minutes of peeing on them!! Help me ladies!! I would appreciate any stories and advice!!!

  • Testing 6 days before missed period.....possible BFP?

Alright, my husband and I have been TTC for 3 months after we had a miscarriage, and me being so impatient, I wanted to use the FRER 6 days before missed period. I took it this morning with my FMU, and I gave it 3 minutes to cook, and when I went back to look at it, it looked negative, until I realized that there was the start of a very faint pink line at the bottom on the result window. So I decided to look at it, by holding it up to the light a little so I didn't strain my eyes, and there was the faintest of faint lines. Now I am not sure if this can be counted as positive or not because I needed to hold it up to the light to see the line. But of all the times that I've tested with FRER before (that's been a LOT of times!) I have never been able to hold it up to light and see something other than a white cloudy area where that line would have been. What would ladies make of this? And has anyone ever used the FRER and seen a line when holding it up to the light, and were pregnant? Ugh, I am driving myself nuts. Anyways, I plan on testing either Saturday or Sunday. Hopefully I can hold out with 2 more FRER dangling over my head!! Thanks guys for any advice!

  • Possiblity of pregnancy with very few symptoms?

I am on my 3rd month of TTC after a miscarriage. I am currently at 6 days before the wicked witch is supposed to show her ugly face, and I am not feeling very many symptoms (I've heard this is normal) and it makes me feel like my chances of pregnancy are slim to none. Of the symptoms I do have, I am not sure that they are even remotely considered pregnancy symptoms. I have been getting heart burn on and off, I get frequent head aches (1 a day or every other day at the least) and I get mild cramps (nothing like PMS cramps) I also have a heightened sense of smell if that makes any sense and I urinate more frequently without drinking very much. However, my breasts are not sore and that is apparently one of the most common early pregnancy symptoms. I plan on taking a test in the morning with a FRER with my FMU, but I really have doubts that I am pregnant and that makes me feel even more down. My husband and I have wanted nothing more than to become pregnant after our miscarriage, and I feel like I am already out this month. Any advice for me? I really need some advice right now!

  • 2 Week Wait and feeling lowsy!?

This is our 3rd month TTC after miscarriage and I am starting to feel relly lowsy about it all. When I got my period last month and the month before I felt crappy and upset, but once I was able to have sex around fertile times, I felt like I was doing something that would increase my odds of becoming pregnant. And now during the 2 week wait (still a week before I can test) I feel like the result is out of my hands. It just sucks knowing that no matter how many times I have sex now, it won't change anything, and it's completely out of my hands. I know that I had sex every other day from when my period ended up until I was past my fertile days, and now it's out of my hands and up to my body to do what I want it to do. Does anyone get depressed during the 2 week wait? Why can't they make a pregnancy test that detects it earlier? Lol I don't even know if it's possible, but wouldn't it be nice. Even if it was down to a 1 week wait? 2 weeks feels like an eternity and I feel like I've been waiting a month to test. Lol when I've only been waiting a week. And to top it off, I am starting to feel random symptoms, but I am trying not to read into them too much, because I really hate getting my hopes up. Ugh......so sucky!

  • TTC and planning to do a VBAC!?

My husband and I are TTC our second child, and I was wondering about the chances of a successful VBAC. Our son is 20 months old, so if I were to get pregnant this cycle, it would have been almost 2 1/2 years since I had my c-section. We had to have a c-section because when I was dilated to 8 cm, they couldn't determine if they were feeling my son's head or his butt. 3 nurses and 1 doctor checked me, and they couldn't seem to figure it out, and ultrasound confirmed that it was his butt, so the only reason I needed to do c-section is because my little guy decided to present breech. I really want to do VBAC, not only because it is a heck of a lot cheaper than a c-section, but because I don't want to be on drugs and breast feeding again, and I don't want to spend the 24 hours after my next childs birth, completely oblivious to everything around me. I want to do it without drugs or anything, like I planned with my first born. Do you think under my circumstances, that I would be a good candidate for VBAC? Any personal stories are welcome!!
