There are many products out there that claim to 'repair' blown head gaskets and cracked or warped heads, but I've only used one. Blue Devil by USA Sealants. My boss introduced me to this product and used it on his daughters car to get her by until she could save up for the repair. Then I used it on my friends dads delivery van for his janitorial supply company. Its a 97 Ford Econoline with the 4.6L V8 and over 200k miles on it. They put lots of miles on the van because they use it every day and drive all over the state. At first the van only smoked a little and ran through a half gallon of coolant every 3k miles or so. But then it kept progressing until it smoked so bad you could hardly see behind it. I wanted to see how well this stuff worked, so we got a bottle and followed the instructions. You have to flush ALL the coolant/antifreeze out of the system, fill it with pure water, add the treatment, run the engine for 30 minutes at idle, then shut it off and drain as much of the water out as possible once it cools down enough, the sooner the better but don't burn yourself. I used compressed air to help blow out the excess water. Then you let it sit overnight and fill it back up with 50/50 water and antifreeze and presto, no more leak! It took a little while for the residual coolant to burn out of the exhaust, but sure enough, they drove it for another 15k miles without burning any coolant whatsoever. I really couldn't believe it. Eventually the leak started again, worse than ever, but at least they could set back a little money for the proper repair. I'm not saying this will work in every case, but it did in both of the two that I know about. You can search the internet and find a bunch of good reviews about this product. Good luck to ya!

I've used K seal as a temporary measure. It worked well for a few weeks, then failed spectacularly.
It also depends on the type of failure, if its just leaking coolant into the oil or the outside, then some of these sealants will work OK as a "get you home" type fix, but if the fire rings have failed, causing combustion gasses to enter the coolant, then there is not a sealant in the world that will fix that, even short term, as the pressures and temperatures are just too high.
The only reliable fix is a new head gasket, and the reason for the failure correctly diagnosed and fixed.

If its a half tidy car and worth a few quid then repair it properlly and replace the headgasket, if its a bag of s---t and not worth repairing then save your money and scrap the car or just keep driving it, topping up with water or oil until the thing seizes solid, or goes bang, nothing will stop that headgasket from leaking, when its gone its gone, end of.

You need 2 things to fix this
A new head gasket, and
A competent mechanic

Surprising so.I don't know the name of any shops that do it,but I did have someone tell me the had a shop inject some type of sealant.I don't think it;s worth the time but they will try.
There's really no way to get around having the job done right I'm afraid.Sorry.

Hi NO sorry this is something that has no quick fix or cheap fix.
it is a head off job and then you might as well do the job properly.
