Is Gov. Rick Perry playing with a full deck ?

I see someone was watching Rachel Maddow's show last night. I saw it too. I don't really think anything of it at all. He seemed to have a different demeanor about him, perhaps his campaign advisors told him to act with more enthusiasm? I'm not exactly sure but voters have very short memories and I don't think something like this would be reason enough for him not to win the nomination. Though I would be curious to hear an explanation as to what his thinking was.

Even though he doesn't look like it at that speech, but I think he is. According to his camp, they said that Perry was just having a little fun.

It wouldn't surprise me. The way he's been dealing with Texas citizens, while Governor, he's probably forgotten all the places he's stashed cards.

He's completely sane, he's also incredibly stupid.
