What to do when you can't stop washing your hands?

I am 18 years old and I have been washing my hands constantly for a year now. I have tried different techniques to get rid of hand washing but I can't! I just feel like an urge to wash my hands because I feel disgusted at the majority of stuff around me. I am feeling extremely desperate because I feel like it's taking over my life. My parents are aware of my hand washing and they are teasing me about it, which doesn't help at all, it just makes me feel worst. I don't know what to do, HELP!!!! I want a normal life free of the worry of washing my hands all the time. (Please give me some tips apart from going to a doctor because I don't have the money to go to a doctor)

have you googled your problem?  I know this is quite common and have known people myself who have suffered with this.  It is a form of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and there are support groups out there that can help.  Talking helps to halve a problem.  Your parents sound insensitive and I think you should sit them down and explain how their jeering has upset you.

Get a hand sanitizing lotion from bath and body works. It will kill germs and you won't dry your hands out so bad. Without going to the doctor, I don't think there is much you can do to actually stop it. Phobias and OCD are treatable, but therapy and/or medication are the way to go.

I know the best way to really clean them, I rub the discharge from my vagina, it's very powerful, my boyfriend is a car mechanic and get's ground in oil on his fingers, when i let him put his finger inside me they clean them like new.
