If you were a business owner, and made a product for sale, why would you ever do business here?

If an American worker costs you, 5.15 an hour at minimum wage, and the Chinese do it for 30 cents, you are making serious profit, what could possibly make you return your business to the US?

Americans would have to work for cheaper than the Chinese, or there would have to be some sort of technology that vastly improves production and can only be used in America for some reason.

Of course some jobs would still have to be here, like Marketing, I wouldn't want Chinese people trying to advertise to an American consumer base.

So they have a competitive advantage, they have a lot of people with little education. It happens all over the world. What you need to do is develop an industry in which you can compete. Its no use sticking with manufacturing if you can't compete. You could try banking but the US sucks at that too

What you're describing is the reason for tariffs. Odd that China charges the US a 25% tariff yet we charge none. Our tariffs should be considerably higher than whatever they charge in order to level the playing field, then quality would win over quantity.
