All we're waiting for is the old world to finish passing but there's no new world to replace it yet. Are we just waiting for the old cars/highways/buildings to deteriorate before we're pretty much Mad Max'ing here?
All I'm saying is maybe the world did "end." It just hasn't eroded yet.

No, we live in a pre-apocalyptic world.
If people would stop enjoying the drama of their end-of-the-damned-world myths and use some brain, we could be in a NON-Apocalyptic world.
