  • lip stick on my computer screen?

3 year old strikes again, now theres just a smudge across 15 percent of the screen. This stuff won't come off with windex ect. It scrapes off under a fingernail but anything stronger would scratch the screen. What works that's safe for my LCD screen?

  • Star Wars The Old Republic, is it a modern reflection on Muslim/Middle east Gvmnt vs Christian/Western Gvnmnt?

I've tried not to ruin my anticipation of SWTOR by reading or watching too much, but tonight the curiosity gets the better of me and I'm checking out the Web Comic. (They actually want us to read that first so it must not spoil anything.)

I'm just wondering if it was accidental or unavoidable that the Sith/Empire vs Jedi/Republic thing has so much in common with an America/Christian vs. Iran/Muslim conflict. Consider the following:

    1) There is a defined connection between both the religion and the government. The religious are most concerned about the religion, and the army/government is most concerned about the army government. But the connection is still there even if they don't cross much and the enemy doesn't see much of a distinction.

    2) Your character can make all the good or evil choices he wants, but he never switches sides.

    3) There is no major power with a religion tied to it. Neutral characters aren't zealots towards either religion or one of their own.

  • What's the story on marijuana in Colorado?

Is it legal? Just medical? If it's just medical can somebody just walk into a place and get a script for any old reason they can come up with? What happens if I leave the state after? Somebody tell me as much as they can please.

  • allergic to cats? need some info?

We're trying to find a hypoallergenic cat because my wife says she's allergic. I think it's in her head or she's just playing that card to avoid getting a pet. She doesn't even notice her "allergies" if she's in someones house that has a cat. But when we go to the pet store she acts like she can't walk in the door. I want to know if she's faking. How long does it take for your symptoms to come on and how can I tell if she's bs'ing me?

  • Is there anything I can do to get by with my expired tags?

My wife worked for Chrysler and was laid off during all that jazz a few years ago. We both had "company vehicles" and had to turn them in. We both had to buy new vehicles and we were in no position to do so. We tried to find alternatives but we only had the credit/cash to buy brand new vehicles (love how that works, no money = new car instead of old one) so we did what we had to do or else we were walking home. To get the deal done, they had to roll the money the bank gave us for taxes and tags into the down payment. So about 3 years later now we still don't have the 4k in sales tax and personal property tax. We have the old tags from my wifes first vehicle thrown on her new car but they're expired. We did the same with mine but since I once owned a car and now own a truck the tags didn't match so a cop confiscated them when he pulled me over. So now we share her car because mine has no tags and could get confiscated by a cop with nothing better to do. And her car has her old expired tags on them and we're hit with tickets every other week if not more. We don't have the 3k and every time we get close something comes up and we need it elsewhere. We've gotten by paying the tickets but it's cost us perhaps a thousand bucks over the last two years. There has to be something we can do. We live in Missouri if that matters. HELP!.

  • Do we live in a post apocalyptic country/world?

All we're waiting for is the old world to finish passing but there's no new world to replace it yet. Are we just waiting for the old cars/highways/buildings to deteriorate before we're pretty much Mad Max'ing here?

  • A free MMORPG that's good for kids?

I've seen a few freebies but played none. My 7 year old enjoys WoW up to about level 15 when things start getting to complex. Is there a simpler version MMORPG that's free and will run on a simple netbook/laptop set up?

  • why do all these 13 year old's think they have relationship problems?

Imagine being past your prime and stuck with someone who is destroying your life and wasting theirs. Imagine sticking it out for the betterment of your children because all the odds say your kids will grow up happier and more well adjusted if you can do that. Imagine losing sleep as you dream of the life you could have. Then tell me why I should care about you're little kid crush. No one cares, shut up plz.

  • How does science explain creation?

People will blindly respond that they know how science created all the matter in the universe, but they never explain it or show how they have an understanding of how every molecule in existence suddenly came into being. They agree it hasn't just been floating around forever and they're sure it doesn't take a God like action to create all the matter, but they can't explain how it simply came into existence.

They throw out the big bang but that just shows their ignorance. But the big bang is a theory that explains the shape and velocity of matter in the universe, not the creation of that matter that it is comprised of. They quote a blurb from Steven Hawking in Time magazine but they don't have so much as a theory to back up how matter simply comes into existence.

Science can't create matter and it can't destroy it. There are a handful of theories about annihilation of parts of an atom and you stretch that to believe blindly some how countless quadrillions of stars and cells and matter in the universe, It's very close minded of you to demand that there is simply no way that creation had a creator and not have anything to back it up with.

  • Rebuilding my CD collection?

I need some advice on how to do this.

I am an audio-file and I love my music. I had almost all of my over 1000 cd collection stolen in a break in and I've been re-reimbursed and I want to do this right. Some things to remember, I don't do the download thing. Not paid for, not free, not at all. I want a hard copy of an entire album at the best quality possible. (Are CD's on their way out any time soon?)

Further, I want to make sure I get this done with purpose. Something I was guiding myself towards was to have all the major genres and the defining artists or albums of that genre. (Ex. Country-Outlaw Rock- Johnny Cash- Live at Folksom Prison.... or Rap-Gangster Rap- West Coast - Dr Dre- The Chronic) Suggestions on how to approach this, any lists of music by Genre out there?

  • Is evolution in the Bible?

Without fine going at it with a fine tooth comb, we all know that Genesis discusses how man lived in his earliest days. He was naked and not ashamed. He lived simply off the land which provided for his needs. There was no huge society or government. We were animals until we became wiser.

People argue that evolution disproves God when God has been explaining evolution from the beginning. The word "evolution" hasn't been around forever and if someone explained it in more generalized terms then it's still the same thing. Right?

  • What if science proves God did it?

Evolution is in the bible, man was naked and living off the land like animals. But the Bible aside, there's only been one intelligent creature in all of creation and that to me shows obvious intent. What if we finally prove there was a God involved. What if we finally prove creation had a creator?
