I have been working out for months and can't seem to lose any weight. Why?

I do cardio, walking , biking and running and I cant seem to get anymore than four lbs. off. Then I put it back on. I keep losing and gaining the same four lbs, I am going to give up because its frustrating the heck out of me. Been doing this since February. Help. Pointers tips anything,

i dont want to say it but yes my diet is not so great. its not terrible it coud be better. i have cut out soda and fried food but i think my portions are too big. why cant i just eat the same and workout more. i love my food. :(

    You won't lose any weight if you' are not eating right. Diet is a big part in losing weight. Eat small portions, eat your fruit and veggies, and drink lots of water. Avoid fast food and junk food.
