Are you just thrilled that the Duggar's are having another baby?

For the person bringing up "welfare queens" who have as many kids as the Duggars: you have no idea what you are talking about. In the US, the average welfare recipient has FEWER children than non-welfare recipients. This is public information - check the stats for any state.

As for affordability, maybe the Duggars can financially afford 20 kids, but the planet cannot. I live in a household of two, and we do everything practical and affordable to live green, but it is impossible for a small household to counteract the the environmental destruction of a 22-person household.

I don't know that 'thrilled' would be the right word, but it did capture my attention. I do not begrudge the Duggars and others like them the right to have as many children as they feel God deems proper for them to have. They seem to do a good job raising them and can afford them, so I see nary a problem with their large family!

Part of me is thrilled because there are so many mean spirited people out there that are just hoping she will have complications and that the baby will be born impaired or die along with her. And I just want her to "prove them wrong". Really, it's not our business how many kids she has. She and Jim-Bob pay the bills and they (or their kids) raise the kids, but hey, it's not us so why does everyone feel like they have a say in it! So I hope she has a wonderful pg and a natural birth to a healthy, normal baby and all the naysayers can just shut their mouths for once!

But nobody says anything about the welfare queens who have almost as many babies, just to get more welfare.

I may think the Duggars may have bitten off more than they should, but who am I to judge. Good on them.

Who are the Duggar's? Is it another one of those stupid reality shows?

I wonder if she needs a net at this point to catch the baby falling out in case she doesn't notice when it is born.

They are free to do so. I leave judgment to those good Christians with so much empathy.

I really don't care. They don't expect anybody else to pay to support them, so if that's their thing.. then more power to them.

I don't care, I'm just glad they can support any children they have.
