About this SECOND trial of the Susan Wright murder case, that happened in 2003?
She was convicted of murdering her husband and in 2004 was sentenced to at least 25 years in prison. I know you can't be tried for the same crime twice but yet she's getting a new trial because the judge said her lawyers didn't defend her properly. So, what I'm trying to say here is why this could happen to her and why not Casey Anthony? There has got to be SOMETHING overlooked that they could still try Casey for and get her back in the courtroom. And no, I don't want to hear to forget about this and it's over and done with. It bothers me to no end that little Caylee's death is still left with thousands of questions unanswered. I know there's got to be something different, the way they word the charge or whatever that they can get her on. They left so much important information out of the trial which would have made a big difference in the verdict; the jurors even said that. I'm just so sick and tired of all these little flaws and technical procedures in our law system. Please try to be nice in your comments or answers. The Casey Anthony case has really bothered me from the beginning and it makes me sick to my stomach to know Casey is walking around probably without a care in the world. Thank you

Nancy D, you need to get over Casey Anthony, a JURY OF HER PEERS found her NOT GUILTY! Unless there is NEW evidence that points to her as killing Caylee there is NOTHING that can be done. I don't see how you can compare the second trial of Susan Wright to Casey Anthony. She is getting a second trial because SHE WANTED IT because her lawyer did a bad job, NOT because the prosecution wanted it. You CANNOT try a person for a second time unless there is NEW evidence pointing to that persons guilt. Do you not know anything about the justice system? My son knows that and he's only 9 years old. I hope they will find the person who killed poor Caylee and hang them from the tallest tree in front of the courthouse, but that WILL NOT be Casey Anthony. MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE, if that's possible, and stop hating Casey Anthony. If a jury of average American citizens found there was not enough evidence to convict her then someone like you and more people with average and less than average smarts should and DO need to accept it!

I agree with Ally S Unfortunately the 5th amendment prohibits her from be tried again.
I completely understand your frustration and it doesn't seem fair, but we have to take the good with the bad when it comes to the judicial system. Sometimes it does fail.

What an fool, bc if I had of been the single that replaced into the defendant or perhaps had of been responsible of the crime of homicide, i might have grew to become and looked basically bc i could have been questioning how interior the heck ought to he/she be coming by using the door any minute; if I in actuality killed this person? i could have been scared out of my strategies that this person had lived by using what i assumed replaced right into a homicide and replaced into coming back to place me away for attemoted homicide ! I could admit that this replaced right into a sturdy one although! thank you for the laugh, no longer plenty to laugh at with the stresses immediately yet you made it ensue ! Have a sturdy day !!!
