U of A or Seattle univ.?

If I were an Arizona resident, I would prefer U of A on account of the much lower tuition fee and much warmer weather. If I were not an Arizona resident, I would prefer U of A on account of the slightly lower tuition fee and much warmer weather unless I received a very good financial package from Seattle U or lived close enough to Seattle U to save money by living at home and wanted to live at home.
