How can i train my body to get a slimmer waist/bigger bum? What exercises should i carry out? What foods should i eat?

Like, i went jogging and lost a lot of weight but it seems to have lost weight from my bum, and it looks really small now :( before it was fine.

    Cardio (running, biking, swimming) along with some ab work should slim down your waist. Squats and lunges will help with your legs and butt. Stay away from fast food and junk food, eat well balanced meals, watch your calorie intake.
