Conservatives~ What do you think of Ron Paul?

I watch the GOP Debates and I see that he makes the most sense and yet the others get more air time. Why is this?

His followers are Paul's problem. His followers are kooks, and they make him look like one too.

The media get advertising dollars from people who benefit from the activities of the Federal Reserve bank. Ron Paul would abolish the Fed. So he gets marginalized. Get the picture? It will be creative ideas like this that will help him break through:

It's brilliant! Ron is 2nd in both New Hampshire and Iowa. This brochure project could be the kicker!

Big brother doesn't want mr Paul to run the show. The media is trying soooo hard to ignore ron Paul that it's disgraceful.

The message and the reasoning of mr Paul is sound and popular with Americans.

Although Paul would not be my first choice, I would have no problem voting for him. I have likes and dislikes concerning most of the candidates. There does seem to be a determined bias against Paul, but I cannot really explain why beyond the personal belief that he represents the greatest threat to the status quo of any of the candidates running.

I do like Ron Paul and always have, BUT i would never vote for him in the Primaries.. He has many good and sensible ideas BUT his foreign policy ideology is far too weak in my mind.. I would vote for him IF he was the chosen Republican Candidate BUT in the GOP Primaries I can not support him.

I agree, that he has several good ideas, however, I don't see any of them ever becoming policy. They are just to radical of a change from the norm. It's just like the 9-9-9 tax plan. It would probably work very well, but it will never get passed by the current Senate or congress.

Ron Paul has some good ideas, but he isn't Presidential. No offense and I haven't picked who I like or anything, so I'm not taking sides.

He's insulted and angered many in the media, but then turns around and wonders why he isn't given air time. He's walked out on at least on radio interviewer because he didn't like them.

Plus, some of his solutions are a little simplistic, which is good, but you can't really apply them to the nation in reality.

I know a lot of people are concerned with his foreign policy, but it really is the right direction for us if we ever want to get out of this debt crisis and finally bring our troops home after a decade. He predicted 9/11 three years before it even happened but nobody listened to him.

I agree with him 95% of the time, but to me it has to do with image. The man looks and sounds like Kermit the Frog, thus unelectable . Romney will most likely get the nod, if not Cain. I want someone who doesn't want to be President, but feels that they have to run.

Best thing going. The rest are questionable.

Palin was the only one that is a proven Conservative.

why? why doesn't huntsman get more time, or santorum? if they don't get time it's because there's not that much interest in them. it's that simple.

anyway, Ron Paul is a good guy, I'd like to see him part of the Administration but not running the show. His foreign policy ideas, while well-meaning, are dangerously naive.

edit: I donated to Ron Paul's campaign by the way, and I'm a fan of his son, Rand
