what day do preordered anime figures get shipped?
i preordered the elucia nendoroid from jlist awhile back, on the site it say nov 2011 but i just realized its halfway through november and still nothing. now they havent charged me yet, they dont UNTIL it ships, i guess im just trying to figure out when it will go through. on vent i heard something like nov 30th but that seems kinda silly why not just say nov 30th instead of being vague about it?

You preordered it. It depends when it gets released, and when they get it to ship out to you.
I ordered a figure back in April last year and didn't get it until August because it wasn't released until the last week of July. (all of the same year btw)
Preordering unless otherwise stated is just reserving one for you, when they get the shipment in, whoever preordered will get their sent out first, and once those get sent out, they can be put on shelves. So, since it got released in November, you should be getting it anyday now, and possibly in December. When they get the figures they'll charge you, but keep in mind that the company may be running slow, quote from the site on preorders "Release dates are provided to us by the manufacturers and may vary based on production delays."
So to answer your question, they get shipped out when the company you ordered it from receives it from the manufacturers.
Don't worry about it, so long as you preordered it, you'll get it as long as your card works when they go to charge it.
