Is it racist to ban a person from answering a question?

Knowing full well its the answer they did not want to hear. The truth.

    Depends on how they answered it, I list a few reasons for blocking on my page. I don't mind being proven wrong, I am always looking for the answers, but if the so called "truth" comes in the form of lying, bashing, attacking me personally without ever even answering the question, then said answerer is worthless to me.
