Who installs liner for wood cooktop hood?

New construction using Dura Supreme cabinets. The matching wood cooktop hood is installed but the liner and blower are still in their boxes.

Seems plumber doesn't think it is his job to install. I'm thinking liner should have been put in hood before it was mounted on the wall?

Cabinet supplier is no help either. Any suggestions /advice?

    Call a reliable HVAC company to do the job.

    thank you for that, I enjoyed them the two, yet extremely enjoyed your version of Little purple driving Hood tapping the wolf on the shoulder whilst he became attempting to have a plop/unload notwithstanding.
