Sometimes I am discouraged by all of the bad advice and information I see given to users on this site. In particular the maintenance and repair, and do-it-yourself categories. Sometimes the information and advice can get dangerous and its easy to see that some people just make things up in their mind to tell others. Im sure this is not exclusive to these categories. I can understand that sometimes maybe you make an incorrect statement or dont think things through before answering. I can understand that. What I cant understand is the same knuckle heads throwing out blatent incorrect advice and still being able to participate in these forums. What do you think?

Nothing irritates me more than taking the time to help someone out and answer their question only to have them never pick a best answer. Im not saying that my answer is always the best but pick an answer darn it. I think people who don't choose should be penalized 100 points if they don't choose an answer. That's why I do this. A challenge to get my best answer percentage up as high as possible. When 1 out of 10 people only choose a best answer its no fun. Y! Answers should do something about this.

Im a younger American(29) who has been paying into Social Security and Medicare since the age of about 16. It is a know fact the Social Security will soon be paying out more than it is receiving in tax revenue. This is going to happen around 2017. Also, Medicaid has already been paying out more than it receives since 2006. In 2040 will only be able to pay out 75% of benefits and it will be less each following year. Why are we obligated to pay into something that might not even be around when I need these services. Why cant I invest my paycheck to what I see fit. Why cant I take my taxes and pay them into my 401k, instead of paying them into something that is doomed to fail. There needs to be reform, and it needs to be now. Us young people need to unite to demand a fix to this problem.

I did a little pre winter maintenance on my snow blower. I took out the old sparkplug and it was black. I took it to get a new one and the man told me he thought my fuel was burning too rich. I am assuming I am getting too much fuel and not enough air. I took apart the housing and got to the carb. There are two spring loaded screws. The problem is I don't know which one to turn and which way to turn it. I don't have the manual because I bought it from a friend. I am a handyman and do everything on my own but when it comes to engines I am a little uneducated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

We all know humanity is doomed for disaster at some point in our existence. Terrorists breeding like a wild forest fire. Hate and ideological beliefs being taught to minors around the world. Suicide bombings taking place in crowded marketplaces and sanctuaries. How long before this happens in the US. How long before we are infiltrated by extreme hate mongers. How long before you and your family are in danger of a major catastrophic event? Do you wanna be prepared for this or do you wanna lay down and die. Do you want to fight a biological attack and try and survive it or do you wanna not be prepared and lay down without a fight. I don't believe any of this will happen soon but it is a reality in our world in this day in age. I could supply you with one package that will increase you and your family's chances of beating a major attack. Its like owning a fire extinguisher. You know you will probably never have to use it but you want to have one on hand just in case. Its like having a gun in your closet. You hope and pray you will never have to use it but if the time comes you are prepared. Im talkin the same thing here. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. Ever since I got my HD box some of my channels repeatedly "stutter". That is the best way I can describe it. The audio and video constantly pause and stutter and you miss about 2 or 3 seconds of what happens. The sound goes(errrrrrrrrr). I have checked all of my connections outside and inside and everything is tight and my signal is only split once with an approved Time Warner splitter. Do you think it is the box? Its really annoying because it seems like it happens to every channel I like to watch, especially sports. Any ideas?

Me and my wife are thinking about trying to sell disaster kits. I am just wondering if there is a market for such a thing. We all know that these days in time are crazy and even our own government says that the U.S. is vulnerable to a biological or chemical attack within the next five years. I think there is a market for this type of thing and I have easy access to getting some of the things that should be included in such a kit. Anyone can get these items but you cant get them all in one place. We all know that today's world is all about convenience. So tell me would you be interested in buying one of these kits if it were made available to you at one place for one price?

Im in the market for a HDTV. I have been researching them for about a year. All of a sudden in all the ads I see it says " 42in, 1080p class LCD TV. What does "class" refer to?
