what can i do about my massive thighs?

I'm 5"2 and about 120lbs, this time last year i was 132 lbs and i just found some measurements i took last year and i realised that i have lost absolutely no inches off my thighs

they are 22 inches and whenever i see pics of them they just seem bulky and gross

in your opinion, is 22inch thighs big? or is it just that im short that makes them seem so bulky?

how could i go about trying to make my thighs smaller? i know i cant spot reduce

(other measurements:

bust 37

waist 27

hips 38)

lol @ massive thighs. Your thighs are proportionate to the rest of your measurements. If you was 37-27-38 with skinny little thighs it would look very odd, like chicken legs!

Also I agree you are not pear shaped, the measurements indicate an hourglass figure. Pear shape would basically be smaller on the bust and/or bigger on the hips, i.e. 33-27-38, 37-27-42 or 35-27-40.

    Hope this helps.

Change your lifestyle. No eating out. 5 small meals a day. Veggies and fruit are extremely important! Go for organic, pesticides suck. Avoid wheat. Never eat white bread. Always go for brown or whole grain. When hungry, instead of eating a packet of chips, have a piece of bread with peanut butter and sliced banana. Drink 12-16 glasses of water throughout the day. Water is incredibly important in metabolizing what you eat. When you exercise concentrate on leg work. Spot fat reduction is impossible, however, oxygenating the area of fat you want to reduce will produce optimal results.

Yes, being short unfortunately makes you seem heavier than you really are, especially if you are spoon-shaped. Just exercise like everyone else has suggested- it DOES make a difference but you can't do it 3 times for one week then give up when you see no results.

and argmy- she never said she was pear shaped, stop trying to encourage that.
