rifle/shotgun slings for fixed swivels?

I have a cheap shotgun, where the sling swivel/hook screw actually fastens the forearm . It threads through the forearm into the barrel assembly. So it's not like a universal "wood thread".

The hook swivels back and forth, but does not rotate without unscrewing itself. Is there a sling that has a revolving/rotating end clip, allowing it to attach to non-spinning sling hooks? I'd rather not drill for another swivel, since there's no room in front of it, and behind it would ruin where I normally would put my hand.

Rossi 20 ga break open, in case you need specifics.

I think you are trying to say that you have fixed sling swivels. If they are at least 1.25'' wide, the USGI M1 sling is a good way to go. It's a light, inexpensive sling, and as versatile as they come.

You can fix almost anything with crazy glue or duct tape. Period.
