Can a person have DOUBLE dyslexia?

In other words, if a person sees a number, such as 94, and interprets it first as 49, and then sees it as 94 again, is that even POSSIBLE?

That is just regular dyslexia. People who have dyslexia do not always one hundred percent of the time see something backwards. In fact, it is the switching back and forth that makes things so difficult. If it were always reversed they could just be taught to read backwards.

Yes, often happens to me. If I see a number such as 56, I interpretate it as 95 and then when I look at the number again it will look like 26.

If they had a split personality and each personality suffered from dyslexia, then yes.
