Is it possible to train everyday and still gain mass?

If you are taking protein, creatine and glutamine which are all proven to speed up the recovery process combined with a balanced diet. Also when waking up not feeling stiff or sore from the previous day.

    You should have at least one day recovery.

    Yes. If you eat too many calories you can train for the rest of your life, and still gain weight.
