I don't know, I don't get food stamps. But, that being said, I sure hope so. You should have to re-certify frequently to prevent abuse.

I would imagine. You get food stamps for a certain period and then you have to recertify.

Yes, of course it will. Your financial and other situations could have changed, so in order to prevent abuse re-certification is mandatory. Why wouldn't you recertify? Do you have something to hide?
