Rental Property for sell?
I have a rental property that I would like to try and sell. I think it would be easier to find an investor to buy it. Are there any LEGIT websites or companies that I could post my property on? I have tried talking about this with my real estate agent, but I get vague answers. Trying to sell it on realtor.com and other websites for personal houses is not working for me now. So I need LEGIT websites or companies that specialize in buying properties for investors.

In the U.K there are a variety of websites you can advertise on, like Gumtree and Yahoo itself has a section. Search in the yahoo toolbar or google etc. and i am sure you will have some look. I am an agent in the U.K and you could place an attractive board outside the property yourself stating For Sale/Investment opportunity and place a contact number for yourself. Make the board with a light eye catching colour scheme, but don't clutter it.
Don't give the property a price yet set yourself a price in your mind and invite offers.
Place a series of adds in the local papers on the property nights, most news papers and the free weekly papers have specified days when property is more concentrated on.
Don't talk about bad points of the properties but state it has potential, an investor will realise a good deal when he/she sees one, and have offers put in writing do not act to keen to sell as you may do yourself out. Remember if someone is looking they may act uninterested but they are obviously interested or they wouldn't be there.
The money you save on agent fees you could reduce off the price to make it more attractive as an investment, you could also have your solicitor place a clause in the contracts stating that the buyer pays the sellers fees.
This is what most banks do!

Your agent may seem to give you vague answers because s/he knows that there are very few sites to consider. For instance: if you're in Baton Rogue (LA), there aren't many investors in Raleigh (NC) who would be looking for property there as an investment. There are tons HERE already.
Realtor.com can only be used by Realtors, so some Realtors will list your property for you - even as a For Sale by Owner. The reason it isn't working out is either because the market is saturated, the location or the price.
Few people read the local classified ads, so you will get greater coverage by using a Realtor - who can then get you onto Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo, Realtor.com, Craigslist and others.

Investing companies usually will run "we buy houses" adds but they try to get mostly people desperate for money so follow what you plan to do, because they will takes months before offering a descent price and longer for good money but contact enough with what you want for the property and one investment company will be glad to meet your price.
But in the mean time any listing of the property might find you a buyer, from Craig's list to even property maintenance company's who's clients might be seeking more investment property in your areas
