It is interesting to open Qs in voting and vote for best answer. Old undecided Qs can be resolved this way.

There is actually a group called tiebreakers on Yahoo answer which concentrates on doing just that to rmove old undecided questions from up to 4 years ago.

I have done that when looking at someone's questions and noticed they have many questions in voting. It's good to clean them up.
