How long is flaked immitation crab good for in the refrigerator?
It's actually flaked imitation lobster, which is made from pollock. Came in a vaccum sealed bag which has been opened.

Hi Melissa,
We use this stuff at Subway. Our health and safety guidelines state that we can keep this for no longer than 3 days. After that time, the product begins to deteriorate, and the risk of food poisoning is much higher.
