You're calling your male organ a "weiner" indicates you're far too young and immature to even bother with. For any commercially-produced condom to break is highly unusual. They're thoroughly tested at the factory before ever being sent to market - any lawyer worth his salt could take a careless manufacturer for millions in a lawsuit over a defective product.

Check the expiration date on the box. Was the box sealed correctly when you bought it, or was it tampered with. (Not taped or glued shut?) Were the wrappers punctured with a pin, or other sharp object?
