Are all your other games in Spanish? If so then it's your xbox, if not then it's the game

. . .no duh it's on 360, Halo 3 is an Xbox 360 exclusive not like your playing it on PS3 or Wii

I think you should take it back to the store and switch, if it is still that way try another game, but if it is still that way it might be your xbox.
