Why would a Democrat Mayor want illegal aliens to be given the right to vote?

The democrats want this for the vote it would be funny if they got their wish and they all voted for Republicans. Look at all the voter fraud in 2008 now they are saying Obama would not have been the democratic candidate only for the write in forgeries in Indiana and these are democrats that are complaining we need to show I.D. at voting sites since we have proof of fraud and there are more then Indiana.
