sharp pain in stomach area with diarrhea and no other systems.?
It seems I have these sharp pains (and my stomach area it tender if I push on it ) have had diarrhea for past 3 days and the pain comes and goes no consistency in pain. drinking plenty of liquids, eating basic foods, what can this be? Have tried pepto but that is not doing anything. No fever no other pains or issues like vomiting.

You should go to the doctor as soon as you can. It may be something serious, and you must not take the risk. Nobody on Yahoo Answers can provide a diagnosis, treatment, nor the reassurance you require.
There are some serious intestinal conditions which need immediate medical care. For example, I have Ulcerative Colitis, and I remember when I was in hospital, the doctors were concerned that I might develop Toxic Mega-colon - a life threatening condition. There are all sorts of things which might explain your symptoms.
So I advise you to see the doctor as soon as possible. At the moment, it sounds like you are self-medicating, but it is time you saw the doctor.
